Mark Pyms President

As President of Panorama Property Management, Mark is involved in all aspects of the companies operations.  His extensive leadership and real estate knowledge increases Panorama’s ability to provide unmatched service to its clients.

Mark has been a commercial real estate broker since 1984.  Prior to joining RE/MAX Commercial Services, Inc. in 1996, he was a broker associate with Moore Commercial.  Prior to relocating to Colorado, Mark was president of Florida Land and Acreage, a land development company where he assisted in the acquisition and development of several hundred acres in north Florida.

Mark specializes in investment transactions and has successfully brokered and negotiated the sale of several apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings and multi-tenant industrial buildings in the metropolitan Denver area.  Mark is consistently recognized by the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® in their “Multi Million Dollar Roundtable Heavy Hitters Club.” He has brokered long-term land leases, sale-leasebacks, 1031 exchange properties and absolute triple-net investments.

Don Palik, RPA Senior Property Manager


Don brings more than 25 years of professional real estate transactions experience to his clients, derived from a strong background focused on commercial real estate property management and project management.

During his tenure with Panorama Property Management, Don is managing retail shopping centers, multi-tenant office buildings, office condo associations and industrial warehouse facilities.  Don has also made strategic contributions, developing and introducing management strategies to improve overall portfolio performance.

Don began his career in real estate employed by a family owned residential and commercial real estate company in the late 70’s as a real estate commercial broker where he gained expertise and knowledge in real estate sales transactions and leasing of commercial properties.

Don holds an Associate Degree in real estate and a current Colorado Real Estate Broker license.  Don received his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation in 1999 and is also a member of BOMA, he continues to develop his knowledge and expertise in the commercial real estate profession by attending various educational classes.

Apryle Tepper Property Accountant

Apryle has 20 years of accounting experience, all of which in the real estate industry. During her career she has gained experience in numerous aspects of real estate accounting, including multi-family, commercial, and HOA. Apryle holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a certificate in Real Estate.

Apryle works in the financial department for Panorama Property Management and is responsible for cash receipts, accounts payable, billing, end-of-the month, and year-end financial documents. With the utilization of custom spreadsheets, Apryle also prepares the budgets and year-end reconciliations of tenant(s) accounts.

As a Colorado native, Apryle enjoys spending time outdoors and when she’s not in the office she can be found at numerous dog parks around the Denver area.

Rich Wilcox Vice President/Assistant Property Manager

As Vice President of Panorama Property Management, Rich, oversees the Daily operations of the company as a member of the office staff. His duties include assisting the Senior Property Managers, managing the personnel, overseeing and coordinating the marketing and promoting of the company and working directly with Mark Pyms coordinating the overall business development strategy for the company. Rich, along with Mark Pyms, are the original founders of Panorama Property Management and has been involved with the company for its entire operating history. In addition to working with Panorama, Rich has been a commercial property owner and investor in the Denver market for over 25 years. Prior to working in Commercial Real Estate Rich was a High School Teacher and Coach in Aurora, Colorado.

Rich is a graduate of Macalester College in St. Paul, MN and has been a resident of Colorado for 30+ years. Rich holds his Colorado Commercial Real Estate License as well.


Jenna Dornseif Marketing & Business Development

Jenna comes to Panorama Property Management with over ten years of marketing experience.  After working in advertising in New York City, Jenna returned home to Denver to continue growing and expanding her expertise in all realms of Marketing and Business Development.

Jenna heads up all of Panorama’s marketing and event efforts, with leadership and great attention to detail.  Jenna looks forward to expanding Panorama’s outreach, while continuing to execute our management style with personalization and trust.

Jennifer Arthur Administrative Assistant

Jennifer brings over ten years of administrative support and office management experience. She brings added fluidity to the day-to-day operations, allowing the Property Managers and Accounting department to focus on the needs of our clients and tenants. Additionally, she tackles special projects and yearly assignments with tenacity and determination.

As the first contact in our office or on the phone, Jennifer appreciates the impact that she has on the image of the company. Professional, courteous, and witty, she exudes a presence that gives a sense of confidence in herself and her team.

With previous experience in commercial and residential leasing and management, Jennifer has a knack for the industry as well as driven aspirations to further her abilities within Panorama’s team by currently working towards her Colorado Real Estate License.
